thers like a ocean to the top right. u can walk up there. just go like north

to get to the top of the tower is convoluted and wierd. to do it u need to get the heroin from the witch then do the heroine wich u can do at the end of the road. then while u are high on heroin u climb the tower and that lets u thru to the end. but if ur sober then u cant go thru.
