As this was developed for a gamejam, we simply ran out of time to create more levels, but more will come in the future :)
To address the bugs you noticed:
When you completed 4 levels you should have reached the boss fight. Something probably went wrong there.
We're aware of the issue with the Dash and it is already on our TODO list but thank you for telling us either way :)
These are the controls:
Move: WASD
Aim: Mouse
Attack: Left Mouse Button
Use Active Item: space
Swap Active Items: X
