Hahaha, yes! Even though it's free, this song contains the necessary rights, you can use it safely.

Thanks a lot for the comment! Wishing you success!

Hello, thank you for the question, the quick answer will be "yes". However, I'd also like to touch on a few points:

If I download these resources, can I use them in commercial games: Yes. This is valid regardless of whether it's free or donation-based. There's no issue in using them. The only difference is that we didn't ask for a definite fee.

Do I have to donate money: Donating is not mandatory for this song, we left it as an option. Getting it without paying a fee or making a donation does not affect the license.

I don't understand the license: The confusing part I think is the section about avoiding selling the songs as .wav files to other individuals. Using music for commercial purposes (for example, in a game project you made and plan to earn money from) is related to usage rights. However, selling the music as a .wav file (like a trade, like Intersonic Sound) to other parties is different, which we indicated we do not want. It's about not granting the right to sell the music file itself. Legally, music embedded in a project, i.e., a game, differs from the music product itself. In short, if you have no intention of selling our music as a music product to someone else, there is nothing in the license that restricts you.

If you are making and selling a game for commercial purposes, there is no obstacle to including this product in it. Since what you want to sell is the game, and all the music will be embedded in the game, the main material you are selling is the game.

It got a bit lengthy because I explained it in detail, but you can be at ease.

Hello!

We thank you for your kind notification and are proud to have been helpful. We wish you plenty of success and happy returns with your game!

If you think there's more we can do for you, I'd be happy to hear it.

Best regards,
VDI

Archives (75 BPM tempo) is a dark fantasy battle music composed of 58 files, formatted under four different folders, easily manageable through software: https://intersonic-sound.itch.io/dark-fantasy-battle-music-archives

You can follow the YouTube link to listen to the "soundtrack" format:

https://youtu.be/lvqJv_KArGk

Soundtrack & Soundtrack Loop

This format represents the fully presented version of the product. We offer it both as a version that can loop from beginning to end and as one that cannot. For both, we provide the necessary stem/multitrack files (the separate files for each instrument that make up the song).

Modular Parts

For those who wish to manage the song in segments, we have recorded the intro, loop sections, and outro separately. To provide more control, this folder also contains stem files for every functional process.

Customizer

If you want to make your own arrangement, you can use the loop files in this folder to achieve results that differ from the original. All files in the folder are stems.

Remastering

If you wish to mix and master your arrangement yourself, this is also possible. Since we have technically processed the files to prevent clipping distortion, there is no distortion in the files, and they are open and flexible for reprocessing.

  • Song Title: Archives
  • Theme: Undead, Battle Music, Necromancy, Mystery, Dark, RPG
  • Total Unique Tracks: 1 (or potentially more, depending on your custom arrangements)

  • File Type: 24 bit WAV

You're welcome, thank you for the question and kind words! Good luck with your projects!

Hello, thank you for the question. If the product is not for sale, meaning it is provided for free, it still does not fall outside this scope. The same applies to free products. In products with a purchase option, we can think of it as buying, while for free products, it can be considered as downloading or acquiring. In short, there is no issue in using our free products in commercial projects. Due to this question, it would be good to revise and rewrite the message in the license, because the situation is the same for free products; we are just not discussing the purchase factor. The files related to this product can also be considered under the scope of the license and are suitable for your expectations, there is no problem.

Thank you too, you're welcome.

Hi there,

I understand that you are talking about using it in an integrated way with a game. If this is exactly the model you are referring to, then this situation does not pose a problem. In fact, let me share the license with you because we took great care to write a license that is very clear and allows for this:

License

  • The game developer who purchased the product has the right to use the music in games designed for commercial purposes. Therefore, if Intersonic Sound products are purchased, it gives you this right and there is no extra cost.
  • There is no Content ID based restriction procedure, such as "copyright claim" automation, which can prevent monetization of the video or cause a channel to receive a warning if the products are used in any YouTube content. You can use it as you wish in your videos. Bringing Intersonic Sound products under YouTube Content ID by any application is not an attempt we allow.
  • If our products are used in content transmitted via any live stream, pre-recorded video or similar streaming service, broadcasters are not required to reference (or write down) the name of the Intersonic Sound team. But if this is done, we would of course be grateful.
  • There are no restrictive rules or recurring payments for the duration of the licenses. As a result, the validity period of the license you have already obtained with the purchase is not shortened by any other rules or taken out of the contexts mentioned above.
  • Intersonic Sound products belong to the Intersonic Sound team that produces the products and retains the ownership rights. In this context, no person or institution can own the products, sell the products directly, and agree with digital distribution companies such as Spotify for the display of the products in a non-game format.

We don't see a problem with it being this way from our perspective because the people or groups making games will also be expecting to generate revenue, and it would be somewhat odd to interfere with the game's sales by selling the game music. We know that some content creators protect their content and seek to make more profit under the name PRO, and they can legally protect many rights in this context, but we thought that these kind of exhaustive licensing fees would not be beneficial to entrepreneurial developers. In short, there is no issue with it being as you mentioned, and as written in the license, you are not obligated to include a clause concerning us.

We wish you success in your project.
    Best regards,
    VDI

Hello, thank you so much for your interest! The information regarding the license is as follows.

Hi there! Thank you for the kind words, it's really good to know.

Hey Laura! We thank you for your kind words. It's cool and a good idea to keep an eye on the pack, we'll be adding more free theme options to expand it. And also paid extension assets, variations etc if necessary. But the free ones will remain free and have additional tracks.

Let us know if you have suggestions, ideas to share! We highly consider them to make it better.

Best,

We have composed stylish, active, and cute music for many games produced in the Roguelike style.

  • "Falcon" is a semi-acoustic, semi-electronic piece with a symphonic melodic structure accompanied by synthetic drums. It progresses at a medium pace and is stable.
  • The song "Nowhere" combines elements of Drum & Bass and Oldskool Jungle to create a modern DnB with an old-school rave vibe.
  • "Sectors" is a sci-fi themed, darker piece inspired by trap music.
  • All files are in WAV format.

We wish you success in your projects!

Highly dynamic, fast-paced, elegant and also funky. I'm already into Roguelike games but this game will be my next challenge! Good work.

Hello. Thanks for the question. The answer to this question is yes. But to cover any other questions and avoid confusion, let me rewrite the details we prepared on the license here:

I hope it helps. We try to keep the scope of the license wide and functional. This applies to all of our music. In short, we can say that users' powers are unlimited in all places where there is no rights such as ownership.
