For keen, you need to balance affection and discipline. My method is being more rough in the ranking up scenes but nicer in the gaining XP parts, it took me a few tries though, good luck!

To get keen you need to balance affection and discipline.

For the Girlfriend achievement, you need to have affection 3 levels higher then Obedience. And for Fucktoy achievement, you need to have obedience 3 levels higher then Affection. Good luck!

You can get the other two with the achievements.
