Sorry, currently the game does not have any ending other than failure, but many changes will be made in the future. But the basement should be possible with the candle/lighter, don't go to the pools of blood, those are dead ends and a door should be reached and open to loop the basement. Hope this leped

Love the mechanics of hooking the boxes

Sometime i could hook the box from very far away

Some of the hooks and lines would stay in place after dropping the box at a house

The waiting would have been an good idea. The radius is not mentioned anywhere, but it is in the game already, it grows over time, its the black circle around the ground at start.
