Congrats on your second game!  Definitely needed to be able to control the direction of shooting.  I liked the art style.  Keep it up.  I'm new too.  :-)

I liked it.  Very cute and fit the theme well!

Added a penalty now.  Thanks for letting me know.

Hah, I had decided to have the penalty just be the lost time. Clearly it needs a bit more. :-)

Wow.! Seriously impressed. It just froze eh?  The boat isn't even submerged. Was it not sinking the whole time, which would explain the really high score actually. Lol

Sure!  I'm making a math game, because I know that everyone loves intense and neverending math problems. lol

I've got more left to add than I care to think about.  Sounds, animation, and preferably a high score system.  Time to get back to it.

How is everyone else's coming along?

Omg, I hadn't thought to disable the slider! Lol .. great feedback.

I am sure my code is the reason for the sluggish buttons. I need to figure out  some best practices for performance.

Thanks! The "ran smoothly" part was my biggest focus this time around. It SEEMED like it should be simple when I started, but I am learning it never really is. Lol

Lots of fun. I liked it, even though I suck at it. :)

It looks hilarious and a great concept.  Unfortunately my old AF computer doesn't appear up to the challenge.  :(

Best of luck!

rofl, off to find your submission.  amazing. :)

Had a lot of fun with this one. Wish I'd saved my moonshot for the huge crowd instead of hitting it just so I could see what it did! lol ..  literally laughed out loud when I got fireballed by that huge group.  :-)

Final boss was epic.  Great job and the art was really really nice.

Really enjoyed this!  Had to use keyboard and struggled way more than I would have liked.  :-)

I like how Lumi got brighter as you grabbed the little lights, and increasing the jump height from it as well was a nice touch.. Very cute concept.   Good luck!

I should had added an instruction.  It locked in for "safe" flights.  So if you avoid obstacles and get a certain distance, it turned green and became your high score.

Dreams of a leaderboard and steeper difficulty level got put aside, so it is less obvious now.  Because everyone presumably just shoots right for the moon until one makes it through.  :)

Thanks for trying it out!

Thanks, and you are 100% right.  Originally the concept was to have it be a game of timing, and I had a timer and indicators of a 10 second loop.  You'd gradually figure out the optimal launch time for a given power.

Unfortunately my beginner skill level killed that dream as I couldn't get the spawners to be consistent and challenging.  In the interest of getting it completed on time for the contest, I pulled those out and went for more of a "slots machine" approach on the last day that I had to work on it.

Took a few tries but managed to get 9 days. lol .. I like the simplicity and good comparison the other person said to Flappy Bird.  Just aggravating enough to make you think "ugh, trying again!"

107. Grats on completing your first game for this jam too! So much harder than it looks.

Got 480.  Cute game.

Very cute.  I like the graphics.

I was trying to figure out where to land on the farm at first, then realized I could just fly into the moon/earth.  Much easier.  :)

My first as well.  Trying to learn Unity the past couple of weeks.  Good luck!
