Is paypal the only way to pay?  will give but I don't do Paypal unfortunantly.  Normally I pay through Itch.

I have completed the Game , but I still have the option to Talk to Fred.  Also I show Fred, Margie, and Ingrid still active quest.  Margie says "see how things play out" and Fred and Ingrid just say "talk to fred".   I have been leveling Margie and she is at 27 heart now, but nothing happens with all three.  Anyone know what to do or how to trigger these events?
