In the deepest level of Misty Abyss. At 0, 3 position, there a small chance you can get a scarf by investigate this "?" grid. (I try around 10++ times and just find one)

I suggest you to save at the nearest point of this grid (for me 0, 4 is fine) and interact to it, if you couldn't fide it, reload the save and try again. Since when you interact with it, it will disappear, and you need to re-enter the level to interact it again.

It's randomly trigger when you visit the barn, so you what you need is luck.

Did you finish Northcrest's event in green route? If you did, have you tried to download the game again and play it again with the same save? I have seen the same problem in thread and there is no solid solution or the main problem for this.

You can find sulfur clod in the mountain's cave where you do mining task for the dwarf. You need to drink warmth potion and wear warm cloths which dwarf give to you.

That weird, if you have finished Northcrest event, it shouldn't show that the event is still WIP. It should be show like this. Are there any task that you haven't finished in your logs? 

That's weird, since if Gunnar should not show on your logs, it's mean you have finished the Northcrest event which you should have met Everette so many times. Are you sure that you have found him and Booner? And I have seen some bugs report about Gunnar's relationship log too. I think Hyao will fix it's in the next update.

Did you tell Logan to go to the camp (encourage him)?

Hyao will eventually add more parts of Orc's war event somedays since it's a main story. But like now he chooses to add another part of Northcrest events, which technically, it's come before Orc's war event. So, all we can do now is waiting. 

Can I have your screenshot of event logs? Maybe you miss some conversations like Everette, Gunnar, etc.

Have you try playing my save files? It should work normally with my save files.

If you got Exhausted debuff, it may cause you to get tired debuff easier that usual. Have you tried to drink a cleansing water for clear all debuff?

If I remember correctly, I got his like for some event like Rat's problem and some from repeatable event with him. But I'm not sure how much each.

No, he actually stays in Bareshade. And you can meet him in the Bar if you have 25 or more bandit's moral and have a love potion with you.

For "Check on what the thug is up to" option, you need to have a love potion in your inventory. And another requirement is the same, you need to play in the green route of Northcrest conspiracy. And for Belly fun, if you sure you have all requirements met, it should be show in talk option like here.

I think you have enough like for him. If you said you have camp's moral (not Bandit affection, it's not the same thing) more than 25 and Green ending in Northcrest conspiracy event, there should be Belly fun appear in talk option.
