I can't see the Minotaur Champion bad ending scene, my screen just goes black. Any idea of how to fix it?

Will there be a game over animation for the new spider enemy? i know it's a new enemy introduction, but i think it would be cool to see a spider game over animation. Also, i would like to know how many versions left for the game to be completed, not trying to be annoying but i'm kinda curious about it.
