Thank you, this really helps! Currently, I'm working on my tools to create faster and bigger locations and to create more game assets. I also have plans to set up a polling system, so everyone (even people without an itch.io account, of which there are many) can vote for the next feature.

The emptiness is intentional, as it is merely a tiny demo. Also thank you for your feedback, I'm going to expand the prototype more into the future. As for the terminal, you have to press the glowing red button labeled "power" in the bottom right corner. To be sure, I've just downloaded the game from here and tested it myself, and it seems to work fine.

Chat away!

Post the issues you've encountered when playing.

  • Please be descriptive
  • Post the steps to reproduce the issue (What did you do when you've encountered the issue)
  • If you can/know how post the log of the game

Post your feedback here (Ideas, suggestions etc.)

Nice, great game. I would recommend adding some particles for polish and coloring the bodyguards slightly differently from the player, because it is sometimes hard to distinguish yourself.

Hey, I was wondering if having someone translate stuff is enough. There are a couple ways to go about it, one of them is finding someone. But you can also set up a public spreadsheet using Google Docs, I'm not sure what's the ways to implement translation in Construct 3. But Google Docs support .csv export format. And from my knowledge, many engines use it as their translation table. This way, anyone can just come in, and translate the game for you. And all you would have to do is import this spreadsheet into Construct once in a while. There might be some issues with people coming in and “raiding” the translation doc, but Google Docs has a rollback system (File > Version History > See Version History), so you can roll back anytime.

Edit: Just stumbled upon this mod on nexus, it adds a Ukrainian translation to the game. And by the looks of it, I personally think it's really well-made

Yes, you can even use your own if you have one

I think that if you implement the game in digital (like a program that you can launch on your computer), you will be all good

The game looks and feels wonderful, it would be an amazing game if you were to continue it. Tho I've found one problem, you can soft-lock yourself by spending all of your money and not being able to earn more, because you have no money to build. A simple fix would be to, make removing tiles refund you 50% of original tile cost. Anyway, imo it's a great game

Hi, I really like your composing style. Are you still free for this jam?

Hi, I am here to look for the team to work with 2 - 3 people max. I'm an artist, composer, designer and developer myself, so just in case we can understand each other pretty well and there will be no missing role. I'm not a picky for a partner, I'm just here for the experience and fun times. Just give it a shot, we will probably be a good team 😉

Sorry, but no more room left, tho you can probably find me on the next mini jam.

It was a bit confusing to understand you need ammo packs to reload, it took me a while. Tip: I see you got mixed art styles like pixel-art, hand drawn-like pixel art and abstract shapes. I suppose it's because you started in one style, but didn't have enough time to finish everything. Try to stay consistent with your style, I personally go with abstract shapes. It makes you really think about and spend more time on the game's feel and design. Extra tip: there is easy tool to generate sounds for your game very fast, here: https://sfxr.me/

Fish 😀

That's awesome, I will use it in my next game 😉

Wow, that one was very cool, I really liked intro of this game, and this breaking of 4th wall. If this was a complete game I would play with interest

My tip: improve animations, and add more gameplay :)
