Hi! Without spoiling too much, the male character's crush on a female character is important to the plot, but the main pairing is between two girls. The girl that the male character crushes on does not reciprocate his feelings. Hope that clears things up!

I didn’t read the warnings before downloading, so you can imagine how the end was a complete flashbang, lmao :’D

Real talk, though, I adore the presentation of this game. While playing it I loved how professional it just all felt. This feels like a product that should cost money, even if it is incredibly short. Wonderful art, horrifying writing and storytelling, and intriguing characters I just want to learn more about. I love this story and seriously wish for more of these characters. (But I also understand you can only do so much for a gamejam lmao.)

10/10 would feel the overwhelming dread and fear from this story and characters again 👍 And I’m sorry to Evan for not trusting him to start.

I appreciate the suggestion! I think I’ll keep things as is, though. Narratively I really prefer this being Mimiko’s story rather than her serving as a self-insert mc of sorts. I just think it makes the most sense ^-^

But I’ll make a game with a nameable mc one day <3 That’s a promise.

I played this game a couple years ago but decided to replay it to refresh my memory… I ADORE these characters and just love the story telling… I think my biggest (and only real) complaint is how short the game is. I wanna know more! I want some more buildup to the interesting stuff!! I think it would’ve helped the story a lot more and resulted in a little less exposition from the characters (namely Ichigo mentioning again and again that they’re childhood friends, lol). BUT I still adore this game and story!! I’m excited to try out other stuff from this dev!!! And I’m probably gonna make some fanart once I get home :3

This was absolutely a DELIGHTFUL experience in every sense of the word. I teared up hard at the true end. All the other endings had me super engaged as well. (And very satisfying to get without use of a guide!!) I can just tell that so much hard work and love was poured into this game. And the art!!!! My god the art!!!!! Even with all the atrocities the kitty committed it only made me miss having a cat more and more. It’s so adorable yet freaky when it needs to be. It’s perfect for this!!! I’m gonna be thinking about this game for a long, long time.
