if the .bat files you are talking about are Dx12 and vulkan yes I opened them

and what kind of video card do i have to have?

I can't play when I enter the game there is a black screen and the error lowlevelfatalerror and then the game closes or the window hangs then I have to close it through the task manager

and when the home screen loads and I click to enter the game it crashes and gives the same error and then it crashes, what do I do?

I already tried using the two tips from the text document that comes with the game and it didn't work
