This was so damn fun! Sick mechanics and quite polished.

Appreciate the feedback! Yeah I 100% agree with what you and everyone else has said. Could've added things to the gameplay that would still keep it puzzle-centric but oh well. Congrats on making it to the end! B)

I like the design and the graphics a lot! Really neat little concept too. The movement was unfortunately a little buggy but apart from that, cool little game. :)

Pretty fun game! I love bullet hells so the second boss definitely scratched that itch! Would've loved to see a third boss, but for the time, this was well-rounded. Some more sound effects would've made it more satisfying, as well as some better indicators for when you are damaged or a boss is damaged. Overall very fun game and concept!

Yeah agreed. We got ideas for creatures slightly too late into the project so we decided not to risk it but it for sure would've been insane!

Yeah for sure! We had some cool ideas for it but ah well.

Thanks for the feedback!

We wanted to keep the scope quite small and decided to stay away from horror, but we definitely agree that adding some variation and incentive would've improved it a lot. We had some ideas for wacky creatures, where instead of just chasing and killing you, they have fun quirks that make it harder to complete the maze (e.g. runs away with your compass and you have to chase them to get it back). We probably could've added these in time but oh well. I guess that's just a lesson to take into the next jam!

We may keep working on it later for funsies but who knows. For all but 1 of us, this was our first gamejam, so our main goal was just figuring out the ropes.

This game was so adorable!
