Again, check your config file and maybe check Task Manager for any other applications you may have open. Again, only 2060 and I easily surpass 100 fps.
That's normal; the 5600xt, unfortunately, is quickly becoming obsolete
No issues on my PC and I only have a 2060. Check your configuration, mate.
