Here's a quote off another message board " I don't like it when games don't tell you there are other dialogue options you could have picked. At least have it there but say something like "you need (stat) at (number) to pick this" or just "you need more (stat)" Not having any options at all means I won't know what I should prepare for when doing a NG/NG+ "

I agree. One example where this is implemented in this game is for breaking a slave collar. The game lets you know that if you have 15 in any stat then the stamina req to break the restraints is lowered. I'd love to see more examples like that.

In any case, it got me interested in finding all the hidden options so I went through the code and compiled a list for myself and thought I'd share it for anyone else who's interested.

Begging
req: 5 wisdom, 50+ weak

Sneaking
req: 4 scoutcraft

Detecting Traps 
become more visible with higher scoutcraft

Disarming Traps
pickup is guaranteed at 18 survival for all floor traps (not mines)
able to pick up most traps at 15 survival

Region option Remove Tracks
Wild Dangerous goes down by 10 + 2 x survival trait

Overmap Events (higher world difficulty lowers success rate)
Running success =  stamina
Hiding success =  scoutcraft +  stamina
Observing success = wisdom + survival

Prostitution
Hidden option: virgin
Hidden option: 10 wisdom
Hidden option: Pimping Cocona
dialog different if Nymph

Collecting your waste
Hidden option: scoutcraft + survival = at least 10 or Omnivore skill or you have MOD Taste

My favorite way has been to do the tutorial once, don't use any skill points, and then keep a back up save of that state. Then I just load that save and enable DOOM mode since it's still the first day.

I haven't done it yet, but what I've read: the key is to letting her get raped at the church and then telling her she should only do that for "important things"

edit* it turns out that "important things" is a hidden option and will only be displayed if you're a prostitute yourself.

Is there a strategy I can use to make the preacher encounter happen on DOOM mode? I'm at world difficulty level 25 and still haven't encountered the preacher. Just guards and bandits.
