The game is actually intended to be linear, you follow cues around the house to get to the ending. I put the objective "survive" to create fear but then made the phone ring to draw players to the next point of interest. Apologies for the confusion!

Spam-promoting your game under other people's work is not a good look or way to promote your stuff. Please don't do this in the future.

sure, as long as the game is credited :)

I assure you the game is virus-free, I believe this warning pops up as the game will open an external file in a new window (which is intentional), however Windows 11 specifically seems to flag the game as unsafe because of this. You can run the game by clicking "more information" and then "Run Anyway" :)

Thanks! Thats a really good idea! I've been thinking of ways to make the ending more climactic and avoid the player missing the monster, I will definitely consider this!

Maybe in an update! As of right now the camera is not forced to look at the monster so I noticed some people missed the ending.

Really cool short experience! I love the style so much and I look forward to any updates should you make any! I appreciated how the game didn't really hold your hand and make each step super easy to figure out as it made the process feel more rewarding!

This is the game of all time

Super awesome art style! The music was really cool too :) The gameplay was fun and tricky, but well balanced. Also super impressed that you got a working scoreboard!

I'm going to be honest, I sat listening to them talk outside the room for like 5 minutes. This game is hallarious in the best way possible, good job. Tutora-Dad was so awesome, I wish fathers were real.

Just tried it again, the controls are much better now!! Really awesome game, good job on it! :)

This was AWESOME! The art style is so unique and you were able to fit in so many different mechanics. The story was fun and the ending was funny. This is extremely impressive, well done to everyone! :)

A very polished game! Overall very fun and challenging, at first it took me a minute to get used to the way you teleport to the other side when you move off screen but once I understood the movement I actually had a pretty good time :) Very nice!

Was a little confused at first but kept trying and eventually figured out how to play properly. The art style is very cool and unsettling and makes me feel uneasy, in a good way ( i assume this was meant to be horror themed). The sound was nice and crunchy which fitted the style well in my opinion! Overall a pretty cool game! :) The only thing that was a little confusing were the instructions.

Visually this is amazing! The art style is so fun and well drawn!! Gameplay-wise I found it unique and challenging but almost a little too overwhelming. If that was the games objective then it was achieved! However I think  the mechanics could benifit from a slight rework as having your controls constantly switch felt more tedious then enjoyable to me, awesome game though!! I can tell a ton of effort went into it :)

the game currently doesnt work for me, I had a similar issue, I believe it can be fixed by disabling compression in you builds player settings :)

Very cute little game! :) I like the pixel art  and the overall idea. The trolley was a little hard to control but I think it makes the game harder in a good way, good job!

Thank you very much! I will definitely think about this feedback if I decide I want to further polish the game post-jam! I love the idea of speeding up as you go on, perhaps some day I can add an "endless" mode that goes on infinitely and you attempt to survive as long as you can. As for the leg issue, I also noticed that but decided to live with it because I dont want to mess with the game anymore before the deadline haha
Thanks a ton for the feedback :)

I'm out right now but when I get home I'll have a look at making the player faster,  thank you so much for the feedback! If it helps at all, the players hit box is not actually as tall as the players sprite, so you can move left to right after passing a platform much earlier than you think, hope this helps :)

its perspective based, the warning signs warn you where the lasers cross and you should avoid, hope this helps :)

Honestly pretty fun! The pixel art is very nice and the game is quite challenging in a good way :)
