About health sometimes not decreasing after losing, when you win a round, you drink a glass of the antidote (in the case of the dealer too), this allows you to lose a round without losing hp. If you lose a round when you are not poisoned, you drink the poison at the beginning of the next one. If what happened to you does not fit this, it is a bug that I will fix soon.
