Work has been incredibly demanding, I definitely wont be able to hit the deadline.

Is it possible to submit to a jam after it closes?

Toying with stats. Roll over for success.

Pedal - Speed, Dexterity, Quick thinking, etc.

Metal - Strength, Fortitude, Conviction, Heart, etc.

Fuel - Explosive, Chaotic, Frenzy, Rage, etc.

With each failure you'll fill in segments of a pentagram clock, once filled you can adjust one of your stats +/- 1.

Thanks so much, Kurt!

That's too cool, thanks so much!

When I initially saw the jam I wanted to lean into some of the really trippy artwork, thought it would make for a really fun world to explore. However that isn't always how inspiration works, found myself instantly drawn towards those vans with the dark Frazetta style murals on them...

The Lords of Chaos roar into town to play a show they'll never forget, assuming they'll survive the night. What can go wrong when playing a metal show during Samhain?

Live on stage Final Harvest performs a blood sacrifice to demonstrate how metal they are, the floor erupts and the spires of Hell rise from the depths. Concertgoers are consumed/morphed by demonic forces, becoming a fight for survival as you try to get back to The Behemoth, your '79 Dodge Van Charger.

Do you flee the scene in an effort to outrun the forces of Hell or do you ascend the Tower to send Samhain home?

Still need to figure out system here.

Stumbled onto these photos, they immediately spoke to me... Nature/ trees swallowing human made objects.

The Evolution of Horror podcast did a 17 part series on their perspective on what defines Folk Horror, it's a pretty good source for inspiration...
