those are powerups one to give you extra heart,one to increase strength and one to give speed boost

we are fixing it the final build with all the bugs  fixed will be up soon

there are some bugs in the game if we get chance we will fixem up

this was my second game jam i and ill definitely look on your advice 

this is becuz the game is designed to start colorless symbolising sadness and lonliness in the characters life and as the level passes the main character feels good and color is added to his life
