The game had some trouble checking if the dices placed were valid, and the dragging movement was a bit off at some point. But everything else is amazing! A very good idea, good inspiration, hehe. Good luck!

I might just had a ton of bad luck, since out of 10-ish dice rolls, I got two upgrades haha. I would have liked if there were a way of having some sort of manual control about the upgrades I get. And maybe to incorporate the theme more, if the procedural levels were chosen (in lenght) by two dices maybe, or the number of enemies it would be cooler in that aspect.

But other than that amazing game, while I was playing it I thought the team was way more than 2. Lovely art, lovely code!

The new update is noticable. I'm now able to run Ultra settings in a 2k Screen with my poor GTX 1060 3gb at solid 30fps (x2 if I run it at 1080p)

Really promising, and useful. Keep the grind with this one, it can become a basic tool for many many users!

Oh and some really small fixes:

· In the itch.io page, the screenshots have the bar at the top, with ShareX you can screenshot the window without that and many more things.

· When the music is not activated, make the text fade away by changing it's color alpha on the font color settings.

Any chance of the project going open source? I know the scope itself is quite small, but still, I want to check it out.

We will wait all the time you guys need!

Hey there! I'm also "kind of" new, but I think I'm able to create this proyect with a little more help ^^. It's completely fine if you are not professional, because I'm not xD. Add me in Discord so we can talk more about the game and ourselves, see ya in discord!

Hiding under tables and in lockers seems fun and interesting, but the rest doesn't really go well with the desing of the game

Sii, era yo el de la repuesta de reddit xD. Estaba buscando a ver si encontraba a alguien pero no esperaba que fueses español haha. ¿Hablamos por discord?

Hey! I'm looking for someone who is interested in joining me in my project to learn together and develop the proyect I want to make, more details about what I need that person to have at the end.

What is the game about?

I'm working on a mobile game, it's a combination of the essence of an MMO game with inspirations from other games.

There is no fixed goal, but the game develops in a world inspired by the "Made in Abyss" anime. Where you as an adventurer have to go down through the abyss and fight against unknown monsters, find biomes and discover what's at the end of the abyss (if you need more details just ask, I've got it pretty developed).

Then there are the villages where there will be different events and stores, and all this with some MMO nuances like chatting or bosses. Besides the equipment and skills to be unlocked more mysteries are being discovered. As for the online section there will be categories for those players who really play can even become the number one player with merit, either with legendary items or impossible to craftear, or for having done some feat.

It is a very big and ambitious project, I don't have a release date or anything similar, I have barely started, but I see myself capable of doing this with what I have been learning. I just need someone who enjoys learning with me while the game is progressing at the pace that I need. There's no rush.

What are the requirements?

As for the artist I'm looking for, it doesn't have to be someone experienced but with the same passion I have for making this a game.I'm a student so there is no schedule on the project, just someone to help me with the sprites when I need them (no rush or pressure, just friends). And of course if you build confidence we will have the same mastery over the game.

And about the style of the art?

The art style would be pixel art in 2D, with a colorful palette and unrealistic look but very fantastic, because you need a lot of variety and know how to create "worlds" and environments through art. Anyway, if you think that you don't comply with this, nothing happens, I just need passion to learn and improve you as an artist. Oh and one thing, you won't need to do sprites in 4 directions, just two (sometimes), front face and one side. This is because the game has no movement in the open world. (This makes the amount of work easier, everything can be changed eh!)

Other things about me:

I'm a 17 years old developer and I live in Spain, but I can speak english fluently ^^. (There is no age requirement, just passion and dedication, I'm looking forward to have someone else know the world of this game). There are no more requirements than that hehe.

My time zone is based in Madrid, Spain. (CEST or UTC+1)

My Discord is: J/crown#0173

You can ask me anything you want about the project!
