Through The Frame is a minimalist platformer game with speedrun ambitions

The first two levels are available here for free !

Race through the frames and reach the finish line as quickly as possible to get the highest score and beat the others !

Through The Frame is a minimalist platformer game with speedrun ambitions in which you have to use a grappling hook in order to reach the end of the level as fast as possible

Through The Frame has a highscore system that allows players to compare themselves with others to try to beat the scores and get to the top of the leaderboard.

The game currently has 2 levels, and we are working on much more !

A little bit of background - How did you get the idea?

Through The Frame is a semester project in our Game Design school, after positive feedback from our teachers, we thought it was possible to push the project to be able to make and release our first real game.

So, what coming next?

Our goal would be to release TTF on Steam and Itch.io as a paid version by the end of the year (December).  That's why Through The Frame is going to receive a good brush up on the interface/UI, the person in charge of the art direction is already working on it in order to offer you the most ergonomic and attractive interface possible in order to visualize your scores and to realize that you are still far from arriving first. (We also aim for 10/15 levels by December).

If you want, you can get a nice overview of what's coming soon here

Thanks for stopping by ! :D

Thanks a lot ! :)

I saw your video on Youtube,

For a first game, it's pretty cool actually, all by yourself, during the quarantine, that's a huge work when starting from scratch !

Well done mate :)
