Though Ragnorosa (the spider waifu) IS one of the last girls you get (she only shows up starting in district 5), I can assure you can go completely F2P on LH and still get everything (though it will, admitedly, take you longer, because you'll miss on the automated folder opening and you'll miss out on the Hero Pass bonus stuff).
You don't even need to save upgrading resources (and thus gimp your gameplay) to see Rosa's story - as you upgrade heroes you get currency that you can then use to unlock the story scenes of any hero you have. So you can go upgrading your team normally and save the Mojo for when you unlock Rosa and get all her scenes right then.

Really loving the game, from the overall story, the characters, and the choices available. MVPs are Isabelle (positively adorable) and Flora (skilled, funny foil for the MC).
The only thing I'm not sure about is the energy system, feels like the game would be better served with action-based progression (i.e., once you've done events X, Y, and Z, time progresses) or perhaps player-only advanced time progression. Not really sure what you were trying to go for with the current system.
Certainly a game that I'll keep my eye on.
(The "more information" dropdown says it was updated 1 day ago, but the file name is the same I played prior to that, what's up with that?)
