lol, appreciate you man

This game was very well made! Especially from a developer's standpoint. I may have to check out Godot :)

thank you🙏 good stuff

Awesome game! Fellow developer here. How did you make / where did you find the vhs shader? I love it!

Hey, man! Awesome game. Just wanted to let you know, a popular YouTuber named "DashieGames" just played your game.

You'll probably be getting a lot of followers & purchases in the next couple of days :)

This was actually pretty well done!

I've been an amateur horror game developer myself for about 3 years now, making those stereotypical cringy jumpscare fests.

After playing this game, it literally changed me. It made me rethink everything I thought I knew about horror, character development, and depression.

One of my favorite games ever

This is great dude! and it's super simple too! Thanks!

this is actually really good

Hey! fellow developer here. Cute little first game.

If you're looking for a developer to help you polish this game up a bit, let me know! I'd love to help

Hello, fellow developer here!  Interesting little game, but definitely needs some work. Would you like some assistance w/ development? I could help with bug fixing, scripting, modeling, etc.

Thanks!

Feel free to email me at jbruce1380@gmail.com

We can share further info from there

Hey, fellow game developer here! Would you like help in developing the full release? I could help with bug testing / fixing, audio, etc!

Great first game! Very inspiring to me, another self taught game dev!

I'd love to work with you! If you ever need a hand with scripting, modeling, bug testing, etc, let me know!

oh, my apologies, thanks!

This is incredible! As an beginner developer, I'm going to enjoy learning and utilizing this!

Edit: Just realize we only have access to the build, is the package available for download?

creepy little game. I hope for a sequel? :)

ah yes the error us fellow noob developers get at least 70 times a day. sweet little game

Thanks a bunch,  brother 👍 I look forward to seeing what other games you come up with

sweet little game. love the style. I'm actually an aspiring indie dev myself. Could you elaborate a bit on how you make the vhs style and effects? Can't really wrap my head around it. Thanks!

Absolutely, if you ever need help from a fellow developer, let me know!

Nice little game! The art style was fantastic

Great game! I was a bit confused with the story, but I think that was the point. Keep up the good work

Absolutely! Incredible first game.

I'm an aspiring developer myself, if you'd ever want help on scripting, bug testing / fixing, or modeling, let me know!

I'd love to help!

Fantastic horror game! None of the jumpscares got me until the one at the end. Well played.

Also, for some reason I really enjoyed going around and clicking on random things to see what the character would say about it 😂 Great little feature to add a bit more length to the game.

Got trolled 😂 ggs

this was great

LOL, you weren't kidding about the game being short! I think I the beat the game in about 5 seconds on my first run 😂

Keep up the good work!

Not bad man!

As a developer myself, i'd love to work with you! If you ever need help with anything, whether that's scripting, modeling, bug fixing, sound design, etc, let me know!

Np man. Was really impressive what you built in 72 hours. I'm actually a developer myself, if you ever need help with bug fixing, testing, or scripting, let me know!

Not bad! My only suggestions would be to remove the cliche jpg pennywise jumpscare, and to reduce the background noise on the door opening sound. Good game!

Dude, this is actually fantastic! I've been waiting for the next game in the series, this will definitely tie me over until then.

As a fellow developer, i'm curious, how did you get the models so close to the original? Were you able to get them directly from the games?

Great game! Though unfortunately there is a glitch where if you open the laptop, none of the icons show up, leaving you softlocked and having to restart. Other than that, I liked what you did with this!

I went into this thinking it'd be scary, but it was a good experience none-the-less lmao.

Hilarious!
