Interested in Finding a Writer for a Romantic Visual Novel

Hello, I am hoping to begin working on a project that I've been interested in for awhile. It is the first of a series of visual novels I have planned. I tried to start this project earlier but found myself going about it all wrong, which is why I want to begin by laying down the story first. The visual novel itself is about a young man with many paranormal secrets falling for the main character. It'll have slightly more adult themes so if you aren't comfortable with that do not present interest. I will present more details about the VN to prospective writers.

I will want an example of your previous writing so that I might judge if you are fit for the style I'm looking for, which is slightly comedic and light hearted. Also, knowledge of the styles of visual novels and dating sims would be helpful for anyone who joins the project.

I am looking to start work on a visual novel project. I need a small team of individuals that would be willing to help me bring my ideas to fruition.

The Project:

The project is an yandere otome visual novel based on a reader insert story that I have written (and am currently writing) over on quotev: https://www.quotev.com/story/12554883/Almost-Monster-YandereMonsters-x-Reader

It takes place in a giant manor filled with monsters that have developed infatuations with the main character. The project will be a collection of short scenarios with each character, each offering a variation of paths that the player could get. Each scenario will have a good, neutral, and bad ending.

Help Needed:

I'm looking for a few talented people that might be willing to lend their skills to my dream project.

I need 2D artists for environmental, character, and UI details. It would be preferred if artists were able to dip their toes into each subject and could work together so that all art is made appropriately.

I also need programmers that could put all the elements together in a cohesive sense.

Overall, all I request of applicants are that they are willing to work closely with each other so that we can all make something really nice.
