Does my game have to be completely finished for me to submit it, or can it be unfinished and then finished with further updates? Edit: mainly with the story component of the game, since I have a pretty ambitious story to tell with it.
I guess as long as the game is only using two colours, it should be okay but im not totally sure. Also the description says you can use any game engine you want, so Scratch should be fine.
