How can I load my points of interest? I see an option for it in the settlement tab, but where do I get the file to make my points?

Would it be possible to get a save option in it later? I really love your work and this has helped a lot with world building.

I'm not sure if I am missing it, but is it possible to save the map and changes, then re-upload it later to continue editing it?
