¡Gracias por comentar Ninfox! He jugado a tus fangames antes, y me parecieron muy entretenidos! Este juego lo hice con poco tiempo de testing ya que tenía una fecha límite para ser terminado pues el juego iba a ser jugado en una maquina recreativa, así que eso explica la dificultad. ¡Gracias de nuevo por comentar!

Thank you so much for the comment! When making the music, I knew I wanted something simple, but, as you just said, that wasn’t too repetitive, so I took the approach of changing the instruments and the sections between them as the song progresses, but, still, I didn’t get rid of repetition due to the fact that the different parts have some melodies and elements shared between them. So, yeah, again, thanks for playing my entry!

The player moves in a grid because when I needed to program the wall collision, it became weird with free movement. The enemies don’t have to check walls, I can just check x/y positions.

Thanks!

I suspected that the hallway thing was gonna happen to someone, that’s why I added the up arrows of the sides 😂.

The game’s kinda hard, but the 1-bit graphics are good, and the gameplay is so. Would you like to play and rate my entry?? https://jmidev.itch.io/bunnys-lair

It’s not really a game, but it’s fine. When you press P two times you can’t bring back the cursor. Would you like to play and rate my entry?? https://jmidev.itch.io/bunnys-lair

Liked that you made it in PICO8, and that you added different difficulty levels. Liked the fireballs going to the right background of the menus, specially in the game over one. Would you like to play and rate my entry?? https://jmidev.itch.io/bunnys-lair

I couldn’t get very far, but liked the game’s concept. The graphics are cute, but it’s hard to sync the different cats. Would you like to play and rate my entry?? https://jmidev.itch.io/bunnys-lair

Didn’t like that the game can’t be “fullscreened”, and because of that, the resolution is so small. The concept doesn’t feel too original, because is a overused one. Would you like to play and rate my entry?? https://jmidev.itch.io/bunnys-lair

Liked the Windows interface you gave to the project. Didn’t like the “gridded” movement of the mouse, and that the icons would open with just hovering, I would have liked more that you needed to hover, and then press Z, just like in the dialogs. Would you like to play and rate my entry?? https://jmidev.itch.io/bunnys-lair

SORRY IF MY ENGLISH IS BAD :(

Hi guys, I’m JMIDEV, and for the 4mb jam, I developed a game WITHOUT USING A GAME ENGINE. All programmed using JS, runned by the HTML canvas.

I present you, BUNNY’s LAIR.

PLAY AT https://jmidev.itch.io/bunnys-lair.

So, the development of the game was kind of hard, considering that I had no visual clue of what I was doing, the only thing I had was JS code. That may be the reason the game is a little short (but challenging).

(More info about the code and more in the project’s page)

In the game, you’ll control a bunny called BANIO, that will start a search for THE MAGIC CARROT, that will make him the only one that knows the meaning of life, and also have a lil’ snack.

For accomplishing his goal, he may go through 8 rooms, that will make him face challenges about speed, knowledge, and more.

So yeah, if you want, go when the rating starts, and play it, and also rate it!

Let me know about bugs or tips.

Thanks!

Como no, diamantes. 💎💎😂

No se muy bien en que consiste, ¡¡pero se ve genial!!

Hi, I’m JMIDEV, and in the last 3 days, i’ve been working on a casual game called “BasketVá”

The game is about a Ball, that can jump when you touch or click the screen. The ball must avoid all basketballs and boxing bags, for improve your personal record.

Here’s the game: https://jmidev.itch.io/basketva

(I’M SPANISH, SORRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH xD)

I really loved the game :)

  • The only thing I did is that now you can press R to restart the level, the same way before you were able to to press ESC for going to the menu.

Remember that if you are liking the game, you can rate the game when the jam starts (If you want).

Hi everyone!!

The Brackeys Game Jam of this year has the theme "Rewind", and immediately i started this project.

This game is a puzzle game where the character needs to rewind the time for eating gums

And the game even has a boss fight!!

I am really proud of my game, and I wanted to announce it here.

You can play it at https://gyhu.itch.io/retime-the-wind

If you liked it, i would like you to rate the game when the jam starts, that would motivate me to make more games.

Like it??

- Changes!!

  • I replaced all the text in the tutorial with icons, now the tutorial is more intuitive.
  • Now in the "Yes" or "No" tutorial selector, the non selected option will be with less opacity..

Play here

Please rate the game when the jam starts, that way i will have more motivation for continuing making games.

The black texts issue may be because of webgl too

When you have a level focused in the level select screen it should get brighter, it does for you? If don't, you maybe don't have the WebGL library in your navigator.

Any opinions???

Plot

Retime the wind is a puzzle game about a crocodile, who is able to control time using a cassette tape, and its mission in this adventure is to clean the areas of bubble gum balls, to reach them, you must go back in time with a cassette tape to move to the past platforms, enemies, and other elements that will allow you to access the gum balls. (There is a boss in the game, you can do all the levels for yourself or go to the level selector)

Say the bug here!!!
