Thank you! I’ll keep that in mind. Right now, the game is launching in English only, as it’s difficult to code in other languages and would take a lot of extra work and time. But maybe later on, for a future Steam release if I get that far, other languages could be added. Spanish would likely be the first to include.

I hope it won’t either. That event was fairly messy overall, and had made me decide on making the itch.io page public sometime later instead. I aim to expand this game’s reach so it reaches other people. So thank you.

Thank you for checking it out!

HOMESICKNESS is a solely developed, point-and-click game that delves into the nuances of nostalgia and primitive online media.

You play as young Theo, awakening in a place long forgotten. In his possession is a lone tape, left behind by a loved one who holds a place in his heart.

The remnants of the tape serve as your only guide, leading you deeper into the daycare of CHILDREEF. As you listen to the tape’s fragmented messages, clues begin to emerge.

The voice that speaks on the other end is the one that will guide you. She waits for you to come, on your way down.

I made a short horror game with a psychological twist in under four days! Let me know what you think, or if you happen to find it eye-catching.

usersleepwalker is a short point-and-click abstract horror shooter, where sleepless nights stretch on in the search for solace.

In March 2005, shortly after and prior to turning 18, a user known only as “Guy” began posting on the Blogfront forums under the alias “usersleepwalker.”

His nights were broken by eerie apparitions creeping through the dark, haunting his sleep and keeping him awake.

As he questions reality and the nature of his dreams, lead him toward what awaits beyond the veil.
