I loved the game. I really liked the art style and the mechanics, as well as the skeuomorphism. I know this was a jam entry, but i feel it could be fleshed out and expanded into a fully-fledged game, with different missions and side objectives, and more controls and thingies on the dashboard to play around. I also think that, given the ambient and the tone of the game, you could inject some horror or creepy details into it, just to spice it up.

I would highlight, though, the jump sliders and the pitch controls for the camera a bit more, as it took me a while to realize I could use them.

Moreover, i would adjust the way the cursor locks into the controls when clicking, as, for example, when clicking and handling the gearstick, if i move the cursor to close to the steering lever or the booster command, it messes with them.

Other than that, great game! keep it up and cheers!

¡Me encantó cómo les quedó la tradu! Hubo varias cosas que resolvieron de formas que no se me hubieran ocurrido y que creo que fluyen muy orgánicamente. ¡Sigan metiendo más tradus geniales como esta!

Hey, great game! I really liked the setting and mood, the game mechanic of using the camera to find and record evidence (and how it comes together in the end, instead of just being a gimmick to take you from point A to point B), and although I was expecting the ending to be like that, the way it was done really caught me off-guard and it was freaky.

I do have to say that I found the level layout a wee bit confusing, especially around the map edges. I spent quite some time running into an invisible wall following the stick trails into the wee grove on the hill and backtracking, only to end up running into it again, but from another angle; perhaps you can raise the height or the incline of the hills or reduce the layout of attention luring elements (like trees). Furthermore, some of the clues were kind of blink-and-you-miss-it. I understand, though, all this may have been purposeful design choices to contribute to the feeling of disorientation amidst the snow, and that it also shouldn't be a game that hand-holds the player and spoon-feeds them the objectives.

One final critique that I have is that the walking speed is too slow. I know the character is walking on snow, but when I had to backtrack because I had run again into an invisible wall or because I walked in circles, it was a wee bit frustrating; so perhaps, the speed can be turned up a wee bit or, there can be cleared trails on which you can walk faster, and then maybe play around with suspense and tension when walking on heavily snowed areas.

But other than those things, I really enjoyed how one has to thread the plot following your own conclusions, and the eeriness of it all. I really hope you keep on expanding this game with more features and stories to uncover! Keep it up, and all the best to you!

P.S.: Would it be possible to have the photos taken at hand during the questionnaire? Unless the idea is also to test the player's memory and attention to what they've been photographing.

It's curious that I find myself playing this at my bday's 00:30 hours (I haven't even slept yet), but I'm glad that I did.
First of all, I agree with all the previous comments: the pacing, the transitions, the startling "happy birthday" sound effects, the writing; everything you've poured into this bitsy works perfectly in tandem to convey tension and unease. In these very minimalistic elements, you've been able to condense such deep thoughts and feelings.

Secondly, it takes a lot of courage and self-honesty to open yourself up to strangers, even through a medium like this. And in doing so, I think that you've found that you're not alone in those feelings. Personally, I cannot say that it's my bday the specific date that triggers my sadness and anxiety, but rather I constantly feel day to day.

And in creating this game, you've not only distracted yourself, but you took an upsetting feeling and turned it into a beacon to shed light onto yourself and others. So I strongly applaud you and I thank you so much for this! Keep on creating!
