I made a short and very silly extremely serious TTRPG about bowling! I wanted to make a system simple enough to slot into other games, but also with enough personality and humour to stand on its own. If anyone plays it do let me know as I would love to hear people's opinions! You can find the game here: https://joeisokay.itch.io/bowling
I've noticed that my game (https://joeisokay.itch.io/darkness) didn't make it into the bundle despite me submitting it before the deadline and it seeming to meet all the criteria. Is there any reason for this? I just wanted to check I didn't do something wrong, as I was very keen to help support these charities.
Thank you for checking out my game! While this is up to exactly how you'd want to run the game, I think the player & GM should talk through the rules of the game (making sure the player understands how to play), decide the relationship between writer and player and why they can't leave the location and then discuss safety. Then the GM should be free to send the first letter, starting the game off and asking for help.

Writers in the Darkness is an immersive, horror, role-playing game, heavily inspired by Lovecraft and played entirely by writing letters between two people. Either take the role of The Writer, who describes the setting and the horrible dangers they have found themselves in or The Player, who advises and guides them to try and save them from The Threat.
This is my first proper RPG, so I've made it 100% off for the first week, so if it sounds interesting to you, give it a download.
