I got it to load normal! I had to edit the profile.json and just remove a bracket, and rename the backup saves, as well as paste them in so there would be actual backups, and not it runs fine and maintains the gallery/achievements! Thanks for your help! I don't know why the backup saves totally glossed by my head lol

I think It's a simple format error in the .Json File, I may have fucked it up while editing the file, but I don't know the code really, I had chat GPT look at it but it was unhelpful, though it could have been how I phrased my questions to it.  For reference, I'm playing in version 0.3.42.0. I didn't lose the achievements or gallery, it's just that all the save files I currently have for this playthrough, play the Troja corrupted cutscene when I try to load them, and it does try to make me restart. I've salvaged it at this state 2 times before tho so I'm just trying to see if I still can!  If you could help me out I'd be very grateful!!!  A copy of my save files, profile and preferences
