This reminds me a lot of the aesthetic of my final game from when I took this course. I really liked it!

I liked the idea of this game a lot, and I think I know what you were going for with the weird control scheme. My major issue was that it was so counter-intuitive as to keep me from really getting involved in the game. I think the language you use in the instructions factored into that a little, since the movement I expected from each control after reading that was not what I encountered. Overall I had a pretty good time playing it though.
