Been playing for a while, absolutely love it, phenomenal game but I have no idea of what a character being in heat does besides having them knocked out after some time.
Well, idk how to decrease it's red hp, apparently there is another structure to the left of the snake sun thingy but I'm almost sure leaping through the walls is not the way to go.
