Hi there, sorry to hear about the issue. Is this in the Web or Windows build of the game? Based on that could you let me know your: operating system, GPU, and browser (if applicable). Thanks!

It's all hand-drawn on paper with Sharpie and I would then take pictures of the drawings and modify them digitally to extract the outlines, add colour, animate, etc. The digital modifications were all done in paint.net (a free image editor). Here's an example of one of the drawings before being scanned in. :)
Thanks, yeah I've seen the video, I noticed a big spike in players when it came out! It's not my first game, the jam name makes that a bit confusing, but the rules allow people who have made games before to still submit. I've been making games for years, but this is definitely my best / most successful project. :)
Thanks for the comment and feedback, I'm glad you enjoyed the game (and nice setup)!
I have been thinking about expanding it with more content and quality of life improvements, this version was made for a 2 week long jam so a lot of ideas I had never made it into the game (including some of the things you suggested). Maybe I'll get around to working on it sometime soon. :)
Thanks for playing!
To make the art I do the initial outlines on paper using Sharpie as I find it easier to get the look I want, rather than drawing digitally. I then take a photo of it on my phone and upload to my PC where I extract the line art, downscale it to the right size, and clean it up a bit. Finally, I add all the finishing touches like colour, shading, animation frames, etc. all digitally. :)
