I really like what the developers tried to achieve, turning a theme like City of Tomorrow into a horror game. I would like to see the lore behind this game, as if what really happened to the city ?

I was pleasantly surprised by this game as it had unique mechanics, kind of reminding me of Hit's Time Skip from Dragon Ball. The art was stunning, the soundtrack choices were good enough. Though, there were still some bugs, but I do believe this game had great potential as it had such an Innovative Mechanic around its gameplay.
You copied the designs of a famous anime called Cyberpunk EdgeRunners and would not learn to add a new concept or mechanics. It's such a disappointing product. The mechanic of shooting around following the mouse is not Innovative, as it's just using simple Raycast (at least, it is what it's called in Unity). Be this a lesson to do better and to have originality. If you want to make a game like this, at least innovate on the arena's background or floor to elaborate more within the "City of Tomorrow" theme.
