Are the judges going to do any Let's Play video and state their critique on the game? If they do, this would help me become a better game developer.

There's some DLC from the RPG Maker MV where it stated that as long it is encrypted, it can be sold within a game for commercial purpose. So, I was wondering would it be okay to encrypt the resources we use for this contest?

Since Pixel Maker MV is part of the makers series like rpg maker, are we allow to use any resource from the rpg maker including its dlc in the Pixel Maker in this contest?
