I’m really proud of pretty much everything but the puzzles themselves. Totally ran out of time to get some good puzzles done.
Thanks for playing!
Awesome game. Visuals and everything else look really good, I'm so surprised that everything was made in 5 days (especially surprised about sound FX and music on top of all the art). The amount of gameplay did feel a bit short, but that's to be expected of a jam game, and especially in your case with the amount of polish and work that was done.
For your first game, the actual shots with the camera over the bridge and such were really good! However, my experience with the game felt a bit dry. With such a beautiful environment in a game, I wanted control over the character to explore it myself or at least feel like I was, but in this case it basically a short movie where I had to hold down the up arrow to keep it playing. If you had full multi-directional control with some areas blocked off, just that addition alone would be a lot more enjoyable.
The game is definitely lacking in gameplay, but for a first game, the aesthetics, camera shots, and overall visuals were really good!
Super fun game! The movement was seriously a lot of fun to control and felt very satisfying. I will say the music kind of threw me off though, it didn't feel super fitting for the visual aesthetic. One other thing I had trouble with was estimating the distance of the dash to land on specific areas.
Overall I really liked it, really impressive movement!
You are a broke apothecary living in a feudal medieval fantasy city. People will come to you for your various needs, and it is your job to make a potion that solves their problem. They will pay you a certain amount depending on how expensive the ingredients are. Be careful though, you wouldn't want to make any poor deals with cheap customers. Keep the business alive and don't run out of money!

Full Disclosure the game isn't finished, there are only some systems in place to build off of so the core of the game isn't there yet. This was made in the span of 72 hours for the Ludum Dare 46 game jam and while it may not be complete yet, it would be much appreciated if you gave a rating on the Ludum Dare website below! These ratings will help determine what needs to be improved about the game moving forward and the most fun parts are.
