Great puzzle game that was effortless to get into and enjoy, and one of my faves here so far! Nice difficulty curve. Level 11 had me scratching my head for quite some time. In some of the more tricky levels it would have been nice to be able to put down pipes in an independent fashion, but on the other hand not being able to do so increased the load on the brain a bit and perhaps also the reward. Well done!

Thanks for checking it out and for your kind words! And also for posting your highscore! We were hoping people would let us know how far they could get and 8700 is actually not bad at all, it took me a while to get that far myself to be honest.

Great classic feel! Reminds me of my childhood. And surprisingly fun to play against yourself with both sides :)

Very impressive, I think, to pull this off in the given time!! And also fun to see someone else using monogame! I've already sunk almost an hour into this game but i still feel like it needs more time to be properly evaluated. Reminded me of the classic windows shareware game "Warpath" that I played in childhood. If you plan on working more on this it would be nice to get some more visual feedback from interacting with the buttons, they feel a little stiff at times, but that's obviously a small detail. I'm definitely going to have a peek in the source to see if I can learn from you! :) Well done!

Thanks, so to be super duper clear:

When rating the "Is this just spam?"-category:

A 5-stars rating means "not spam", and a 1-star rating means "spam".

edit: clarity.

Highly polished and addictive! I struggled with the first wave but it made it all that much more rewarding when I was able to progress and upgrade and eventually shred through enemy ships (with literal saw blades) later on in the game. I thought it would be very satisfying to see a little bit of a recoil animation (or mechanic even?) when using the bigger weapons but it doesn't need it. Well done sir!

Thank you very much for your kind words backwardspy! This was our first ever participation in a jam as we're development amateurs. We work in audio and marketing respectively and we tried to lean in to our strengths on this one. Thanks again for checking it out!:)
