Try putting anchors points on the edges of your text in menu so that it is always the same size, regardless of the screen resolution, and make deathcount text a different color or larger, it merges with the background

I tried your game, it's pretty cool! I liked the moment with the reflection of the direction, a good idea. Adjust the UI, sometimes very small text and very close to the edge of the screen. Your game is fun, but quite challenging.

I was just fixing it when you wrote, now it's all done. You can try, I think it's much better this way.
