What was it asking you to install? Was it an extension in joiplay? It's been a long time since I installed the app I cant remember. I download the windows version of the game. Extract the zip file. Then add it to the .exe file to the app and name it.

With this being one of my favorite games on here. Thankfully I can play using the Joiplay app. You just add the .exe file, name it and the game works just fine on it.
