The password can be found in the Starmaker comments, Himari has little content (1 scene as far as i know) that can be unlocked by getting the Heavenly Husband trait by beating  helping the blonde punk you meet during Wednesdays 

The password for the safe is 7172

The blonde guy appears in different locations and you must answer correctly on 3 separate events

AFAIK there's not much difference here but sight dialogue changes, the only one that has major impact is the choice before which to asks if you want to share (thus opening the family sharing end if Josef is still around).. Haven't tried if there's  a brothers only sharing end

give her wine, and wait till she's drunk (kind of rng).. reject having sex with her and instead try to talk it out

Yes the wine is for her to stop drinking, if you try to get the ending before she stops, it will end with depression,.

i haven't encountered that during the hacking mini game just make sure to include the correct spaces it usually becomes capital after each  space (The Sims, Age Of Empires, Super Mario Sunshine) ..  The issue might also be a keyboard or localization thing so i cant really be sure

go to mall  and talk to Kate in shop  (you need 2000) and let her teach you slang

anna has more endings

• when you escape can be good and bad depending  if you complete the wine events ( you can count that as 2 endings)

• Happy Family ending (sharing with both Josef and Adrian)
• Its just the two of us ( Josef leaves, Adrian Japan trip paid) this could also become good or bad depending on wine event
• There's also the charlotte ending (the one with the yacht)
• "I have ascended" ending (having tons of money)

though i am not sure if both good and bad alternatives can be counted as one but if its separate this in addition to your list  these can roughly make  11 endings

Well just found out Adrian leaves at one ending but not during gameplay... josef must leave first, japan trip paid and wine events finished... the only ending im missing are the harem ones (i think)... if there are any

You also get an ending for having a lot of money like 10 or 100  million i think

Im not sure if its already implemented (might have missed it) it be nice to have

* A way to go back to the main menu without quiting the game

* Anna changing casual clothes depending on relationship level maybe becoming lewder  as a nice indicator of progression (or maybe reuse the wardrobe even after unlocking the studio)

* something to do with the costumes at starcon, a photo session perhaps, i'd like cospplay sex but that may be too much work for the artist

Just anna herself has several endings even one from the very start if you deny the StarMaker idea, plus running away from the family (good and bad depending on relationship status)  , stopping starmaker when youve paid the debt off and a happy family ending.

plus the ones for the other characters, ill try another playthrough though   but i think i got about 8

also want to know the answers for 4,5,6

yeah well i completed the confrontation (josef finding out about starmaker) even before paying a single dollar for the debt...

we'll the quest tracker about the debt still shows "Make josef leave" so that why i asked, thanks anyway

asking for more of a guide if i need to make a new save file if i want the two to leave,.

And also if whether it is a bug or intended that when josef tries to confront isabella , She just leaves saying that she's already pregnant

Does the sharing route of the two housemates lock them out from leaving ? or can they still leave even after I chose to share Ann and how can it be done for Josef and Adrian

yes, you'll eventually get the fit and athlete titles  that marks if you have done enough
