you can respawn by pressing "p" or do some epic gamer wall runs to get back up.

If you go to a corner you can glitch and infinitely jump with the wall running feature. The game makes sure that you cant infinitely jump by making sure your on a different wall but if you repeatedly jump between two different walls it glitches. Here's a pic
