just a random idea that came into my head.
maybe you could implement veins so you could put the syringes in the veins and it would spread over the body so when you use the anesthetic it will spread throughout the body.

hey i have been reading your comments and now i think the bandages are a good idea.
also would you be able to make it so there's a empty syringe with the other syringes and you could use that empty syringe and it would suck up blood so when the person dies you can use the syringe full of blood to put blood in the persons heart and bring the person back to life and putting in blood has to be at the heart area.
