Played the game it's nice, since it is still in development can you look at the following;

1. (attached screenshot) it occured to me twice that once I hit the car in front my car cant move forward or backward even left or right in short it gets stuck
2. The road is very straight, adding curves or turn could be nice
3. The environment seems too repetitive, dynamic environment objects could be nice
4. Lastly, I hope the next update will provide a combat system

Most of the issues to fix/ improve have already been pointed out in earlier comments.

Thanks for the feedback, it's appreciated. I understand we needed to have put a tutorial, the goal is to collect the key to unlock the door to advance to the next level.

The idea of gems 💎 (coins as said) is to introduce a virtual currency to be used to purchase power ups, lives, and so on.
