If you read up, it says that the next update is November 7th. To update on android you should only just install new apk file. You won't lose your progress.

If you're using PC just extract game folder anywhere you want and play. You don't need to transfer your saves, all your saves would be on new version after updating.
Sorry if I'm late. You can get the saves from our discord server just go to the #Ask-for-help channel and check the pinned messages, you should see every save files there from every version (from 3.3 to the latest version)
