Monday : Had no idea
Tuesday : Had a great idea, started building game
Wednesday : Figured it was wayyy too complicated, boiled it down to a much simpler game
Tuesday : Oh god, I'm not even finished with the most basic gameplay loop

Right now I have some baby game that's working, I'll just work on the visuals and audio and call it done.
Something like ... 5% of the original plan.

Maybe not, if the mechanics of the game are enjoyable, starting from the beginning might not be a big issue.

I want to know what I'm capable of and the struggles of making a game alone, I've always worked with other people, this one has to be difficult :)

Considering you're saying you have somewhat a game, you should keep going !

I have a vague idea of a game with half a prototype and no art, you're way ahead of me, please, keep in !!
