Hiiii! We’re a small team working on a visual novel themed fairytales (Once Upon a Time), trauma, and revenge. The story will mainly be in in a snowy town, a church, and a forest. We have a more detailed documentation and a WIP website (link underneath). This project was initially intended for a jam, but we would love to continue working on it after the jam as well!

We already have a writer, character sprites artist, CG artist, background artists, ui artist, and programmer.

We’re looking for:

Hello! We’re looking for volunteers for the following open positions for the SWAK Game Jam. The story will be set in a forest and is very much based on Japanese/Chinese mythology. (This might be an otome project, but we’re still discussing it with the writer)

Hello Martin,  many thanks for your message and for the interest in the background/CG artist role, the pixel style art you did for the GMTK Game Jam 2024 is truly awesome and the website is def great too. and atm we ar focusing on finalizing the game and we’re facing some internal challenges that we need to address first. Our theme wants to focus on female-led, psychological and physical horror (transformations without jump scares or overly intense visuals), a deceive contrast for pastel or soft-colored Halloween background. We are also open to removing some elements or adjusting the concept if you have other ideas, we are all ears.

And we, too,  are looking for an artist with a Japanese anime style to create character designs(5 main characters in planned) and backgrounds, but we also welcome any unique and creative concepts that could enhance the visual appeal of our game!
