Also: carrot, cabbage, onion, elfish hoop, senti and tinu seed packs are all greyed out, but I still can buy them. I've loaded an older save game and I won't do that now, but... I guess it either shouldn't be greyed out or the buttons should be disabled. 

I've got all the tools, fertilisers, bug sprays, seeds and everything the farm girl was willing to sell. 
I cannot find any garden upgrades when talking to Ellen though. And when I go to Jin, there's no way to give her the seeds either.

Here I could find the 1. I've changed it to 0 on both entries: nothing. 

Tried it yet again. Downloaded the new save game, uploaded it again to check: values at 0 now. Yay. 

I loaded the new save file, I tried, no trigger. I reuploaded to the editor: the 1's are yet again back. 

I tried this. I didn't see any value of 1. I didn't see any value at all. So no, didn't work. 

Found it for the most part... first fuck her again and again till Sensitivity is maxed out and once more... then there appears a new fuck option. Save the game. You do that and try both. One will have raised "desperation" now. 
Then go "masturbate" and "kick her" again and again till desperation is maxed out and once more. 
The new fuck option appears again. 
After that: spank her pussy and make her cum every time. Now Desperation stays solid and Sensitivity rises again. 

Now Desp is maxed, Sens is nearly maxed, but I can't get anything higher anymore. 
Normal fuck: "let her cum" rises "Sens" but lowers "desp", "don't let her cum" rises "desp", but lowers "sens". Now take "Let her cum", then go to the poses and there's a new option "degrade". I hope that's it now.  

Then regular "fuck" again... Apparently that's it.

No fun... really annoying. 

The sometimes extreme long cut scenes don't help either. 

Even worse for me... the BDSM part isn't optional, and it really doesn't work for me...

Mia's breast issue. When I enter Maeve's lab, the quest ends, but I can't get out of the lab anymore, unless by pressing page up, and therefore undoing all I did in the lab. 

Any ideas?

First of all: wow! What a useful tool! I'm impressed! 
Secondly: a few questions/suggestions. 

1.  Is there a way to draw a room by entering "width: 20" and "height 60" for example? 
2. Is there a way to enter measurement units? Both scaled and non-scaled would be best. 
   For example: cm/inch and m/ft. The first being the actual size of the maps we're drawing, the latter would be the size in real life. 
3. Is there a way to export an SVG without grid lines and level hatching? 

If the answer to these questions is "no", then please consider them to be polite suggestions. =)
