In Settings menu on the Main Menu
>> Adjustable npc scaling to the player (Difficulty Section)
>> Enable or disable watersports, overstim, etc (Content & Features Sections)
In Encounters menu During Game
>> Ban certain action types in encounters (Limits Tab)
>> Increase or decrease action weights (Goals Tab)
>> Adjust species encounter weights (Species Tab)
>> Change npc sex weights (Sexes Tab)
Caveats
>> Weighting is an imperfect system now that the random encounters are tracked with set NPCs. Increasing npc count will slowly create lag but increase the viability of the weighting system.
>> Exact skill leveling and npc bias catering is not currently in the game. It also doesn't appear planned for either.
Mild Spoiler / Hint
>> Next update should include some ways to change physical aspects of any attackable / fuckable character though most static NNPCs may not have content included.

There is little in the way of current ingame content on size difference. There are a few mentions I believe littered about (Particularly Rush and Artica). However, there is a popular mod called Hypertus which may appeal if size difference is the goal. I doubt there will be anything significant on size difference exactly but...
!!!!!SPOILERS FOR UPCOMING CONTENT!!!!
Additionally, while not directly size difference content, based on the Github actions page, the author is going to be adding a module on pills that have different transformative effects. Included in this line up is sizing up and down different body parts and changing some of the sliders of body type first in the game.
To have encounters with Alex, first complete the Portal Panties questline. After, go back to the engineer and ask him the non-purchase dialouge questions. At a certain point there is the option to ask to help him. He will intially decline but allow you to watch his work. Do this for a couple days until he opens up about furthering your relationship. Complete the submission questlines and on eventually he will gain enough trust to engage you in his last 'lessons'.
Another method is to duplicate a static NPC and enslave them using the Debug menu. It should do what it says on the tin and I think it doesn't have a limit on how many times you can do that, just be careful not to crash anything by messing with the variables.
There is also an Alex mod which extends his storyline a bit although it may not be up to date with the current version.
For timeline progress, go to the linked Github page for BDCC. It has the project's active code. Alternations, additions, and updates are shown under the Actions tab. Look for new action logs from Alexofp (AKA Rahi). There you can see what the creator has been working on most recently! No official dates but something to tide us over until the grand reveal.
