I went to sleep, game autosaved as I slept, I woke up I got yote into the wilderness with my mattress (I'm aware that's normal). The problem was I didn't want to deal with that, so I went back to the menu and tried to reload the save. I reload the save and the trash (the kind you have to bag) has respawned. Really weird one.
Edit: I got flung into the wilderness anyways right after going to sleep again lmao
